Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very polite and easy to have conversation with. I had been here about 10 years ago and this recent trip I decided to order the same items - French onion soup and a reuben. Everything was perfect! Great way to end our mini road trip. Thank you!

Cool setting both inside and out. Restaurant is in a old stable with exposed beams and stone work. Food was great, we had the pear salad, the salmon gruyere, rigatoni, fish & chips, flatbread, mushroom soup, and calamari. All was very tasty! Beer selection was wide on both the draft & bottle menu. Restaurant is in historic village, with plenty of history. All walkable.

Anything you order here will be fresh, locally sourced and beautifully prepared. We love coming here in the Spring through Fall so we can eat on the tastefully landscaped back patio. It's a quintessential Chester County experience.

Charred Octopus was so tender. Shrimp Dumplings were unique and delicious. Mac and Cheese was outstanding as usual and the Frozen Lemon Merengue pie was outrageously awesome. Service was outstanding as usual. This is one of our Go-to restaurants. Highly recommend.

I am a chef of 45yrs. This has to be one of the best restaurants I have attended. The drinks were great the service was great, our server I was so impressed by his knowledge of the menu. I just want to recommend this place to anyone who is in this area. We live about an HR away but we will make the trip for dinner again. Also we will be her every time we are at the Philadelphia west KOA.
